The most powerful configuration combines the same case with a 3.6-liter V6 engine. It is also the most popular setup thanks to 308 hp coming out of it. The six-cylinder plant is not too thirsty (23 mpg combined FWD, 22 mpg AWD). This one is also best for towing. Plus, the fuel could be saved thanks to cylinder deactivation system. Still, no huge improvement should be expected.
Which 2022 Chevy Blazer is the Best
If you want to save money, then the base version is the cheapest. The entry-level 2022 Chevy Blazer is the L and it comes with cloth upholstery and 18-inch wheels. Highlights of the infotainment system are 8-inch touchscreen and Apple CarPlay connectivity. The LT model comes in few variations. The first, standard version, upgrades the L trim with satellite radio and deep-tinted glass. The 2LT brings turbo engine and advanced safety features. Blazer 3LT adds luxury stuff, such as leather seats, heated buckets, remote start, smart tailgate.
At the top of the lineup, you can choose the RS package, with V6 engine, or premium options with Premier model. Buyers of the RS can also use a navigation and 8-inch driver info center. The new top-notch model could be the 2022 Chevy Blazer SS. This used to be one of the rare vehicles with the Super Sport upgrades. Nowadays, there are rumors about Blazer, Trailblazer, and Silverado truck. But, it seems that no other vehicle is closer to get the SS badge from Blazer. The mid-size SUV is perfect for such an upgrade. It will make it more competitive to Ford Bronco.
Prices
The MSRP for the 2022 Chevy Blazer will stay under $29,000. Upgrades are making it going up pretty fast. One of the best buys is 2LT and it is already around $35,000. If you are after a lot of power, Blazer RS will exceed $40k, while the most expensive version is still the Premier. It can cost more than $50,000 with all the available options. The SS should be the only one to top that. Where the price ends will depend mostly on the drivetrain.
